Foral have recently signed a contract with the Institute Valenciano de Investigação Agrária (IVIA) at Moncada, Valencia, Spain to supply with certified mother plant material virus free to enable the regeneration of the mother plants. Five plants of Calamondin, Citrus madurensis and five plans of Meyer lemon, limon meyrii, have arrived and are being kept in a insect proof, screened structure.
Progeny from these plants will be new additions to range of varieties during the coming years.
